Scheduling and Messaging Portal: Existing clients can send secure, private messages to Mrs. Winters, and can also schedule or cancel appointments by going to our CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS PORTAL. New clients must first contact our office to schedule an appointment, but can use the portal to check availability of appointments.

Born and raised in Western Michigan, Kim received her BA from Calvin College and spent time in the field of broadcasting as well as camping ministry before obtaining her Master’s degree in Counseling at Missio Seminary located in Philadelphia, PA.  Kimberly is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapy Practitioner (CEFTP), a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Advanced Alcohol and other Drug Counselor (CAADC) and a Certified Trauma Focused CBT Therapist (TF-CBT).

Kim works primarily with adults and families. She is a trained Facilitator for a www.smartrecovery.org/ SMART Recovery support group that meets each week in Mechanicsburg, PA since January of 2015. She is also a trained mediator for the Victim/Offender Dialogue Program with the Office of the Victims Advocate for Pennsylvania.  Kim has a podcast with her daughter called “Not Ideal But We’re Going With It” and she is a stand-up comedian.  Kim speaks regularly at conferences on the topic of addiction, attachment and trauma recovery.
