Therapist Positions with PHA

Psychological Health Affiliates has an immediate opening for a seasoned clinician with experience working with adults, both individually and with couples, children and older adults.

PHA has provided outpatient mental health services to Central Pennsylvania residents for nearly three decades. PHA is a mid-sized practice with three office locations, Hershey (our business hub), Manheim and Camp Hill. Our primary referral base includes family practices, psychiatrists, hospitals, churches, schools, and former clients.

We do not hire clinicians merely to grow our staff. When considering adding a therapist to our staff, our highest priority is goodness of fit. We seek candidates with integrity, training, experience, and clinical skills, who are leaders and innovative, creative, and compassionate thinkers with a solid work ethic. Our Christian faith is a significant part of our identity, both as a practice and as individuals. It is our desire to provide the highest quality professional services to our community, while at the same time working maturely and responsibly in a manner that meaningfully integrates the Christian worldview, when appropriate, into the therapeutic process.

We prioritize clinical case consultation among our licensed therapists, offering regularly scheduled individual and group opportunities. We have an annual PHA CEU Day to learn together as well. We highly value coordination of care with other providers in our community to maximize and enhance the effectiveness of our work with the clients we serve. We also engage in public speaking, including workshops or seminars at many local churches on such topics as depression, parenting, marriage, anxiety, grief, & conflict resolution, etc.

PHA is committed to synthesizing the benefits of solo practice with the benefits of group practice. We prioritize a healthy and balanced lifestyle, as well as a work environment that is characterized by collaborative relationships among staff while promoting personal, spiritual and professional growth. PHA clinicians and office staff alike are active in our families, churches, and communities.

PHA is ready to hire a clinician-employee paid via commission to work in one or more of our locations. Additional benefits for full-time clinicians include a biannual technology stipend; paid professional memberships, licensure fees, and continuing education registration fees; and eligibility for a productivity bonus. If you are a licensed provider in Pennsylvania, have significant clinical skills with strong references, and a desire to join this team environment, contact owner Heather Hostler, Psy.D., at 717-665-2675 or at hhostler@PHAcentralPA.com.
