When dialing our main office number at 717-665-2675, you’ll be greeted by a decision tree. Select the number that corresponds best to your need. You’ll be directed to the voice mailbox of the appropriate staff member (administrative support or a clinician). We will do our best to respond to your message within one business day. For established clients with urgent mental health needs, you have 24/7 access to a PHA on-call therapist. This service is not billable to insurance and costs $40 per 15 minutes of care. For life-threatening emergencies where seconds count, call 911 or 988.
